piper-tts (fast local neural text-to-speech engine)

A fast and local neural text-to-speech engine that embeds

espeak-ng for phonemization. Runs entirely on-device with no

network access. Voices are ONNX models.

The console script is installed as 'piper-tts' to avoid clashing

with the SBo 'piper' (libratbag mouse tool).
